Your Right to Cancel (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@tekcruz.com with your order number before the 14-day period expires. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible. Please include your order number with any return.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@tekcruz.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm the return and provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If we made an error or the item is faulty, we'll cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note it can take your bank or card provider additional time to show the refund on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@tekcruz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping cost, at no charge to you.

Order Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel an order, contact us at hello@tekcruz.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn't yet been dispatched, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — you're welcome to return it under the terms above once it arrives.
