These Terms of Service govern your use of TekCruz (the "Site") and the purchase of products through it. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. However, errors may occasionally occur — for example, a typo in a price or an out-of-date stock count. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before charging you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Prices are shown in EUR and, unless stated otherwise, exclude import duties or taxes that may apply to orders shipped outside the EU (see our Shipping Policy).

3. Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

Placing an order and receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Some products on this Site are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and may ship directly from their warehouses. Items ordered together may arrive in separate packages and at different times as a result — see our Shipping Policy for details.

If you submit a product review or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site. You are solely responsible for content you submit and confirm it does not violate any third party's rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TekCruz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Finnish law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.
